With this experience he has taken his work and life knowledge and combined them with a master’s degree in counseling. Andy’s academic trainings include a BS in Biological Science and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University.
Prior to working as a marriage and family therapist, Andy worked with the public and gained the valuable knowledge of treating everyone as unique individuals and not pre-judging people by their appearance or the way they talked. Andy has always known he has wanted to help people and decided becoming a professional counselor was the right option. In a clinical setting, Andy has effectively met a wide variety of client needs. The largest demographics Andy has worked with includes adolescents, families, couples, and individual males.
Before joining the Timothy Center, Andy worked mainly with pre-marital and married couples and some adolescent males in a private setting. Andy is certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator.
