Lydia is passionate about meeting the person where they are at and encouraging individuals who are struggling. She believes that relationships are central to therapy and desires to support her clients with empathy, warmth, and a safe place to share the ups and downs of their lives.
Lydia enjoys working with adults, adolescents, and children, including young children, of all ages. Lydia has experience working with at-risk youth, older adults, child and adult survivors, and children in special education. Her specialities include behavioral challenges in children, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, relationships, and faith struggles.
Her desire is to help clients find hope and healing in their lives. She would be honored to walk alongside you and your family.
