Ruth has a heart for partnering with others on the road to healing, recovery, and freedom.
After graduation with a degree in International Relations from ORU, her passion for policy reform led her to serve in a variety of arenas, including volunteerism in the US and overseas. With a desire to make an even greater impact while serving those in need, Ruth is pursued her LPC and is currently working towards her CSAT certification. Ruth has witnessed the life-changing, positive influence of being in community versus isolation. Ruth is committed to cultural sensitivity and believes in the healing power of life-giving relationships. She enjoys working on issues including: women’s issues, addiction, family, life transitions/stressors, self-esteem, and identity.
In times of rest, Ruth enjoys travel, cooking, quality time with her husband and children, listening to jazz, and learning something new from a good book.
